How to make your own “Not One More Red Cent” lapel pin:
1. Use red nail polish to paint a penny red.
2. Cut a piece of felt 1”x 2”.
3. Hot glue the penny to the bottom half of the felt.
4. Lay the penny face down and upside down on your shirt or
lapel.
5. Use a safety pin to pin the bottom portion of the felt to
your shirt and then flip the top part of the felt down to reveal
the penny.
There’s your lapel pin! Wear it with pride in the spirit of our
founding fathers.
If you want to hand the lapel pins out to your legislators,
friends, or others, we suggest that you pin them to cards to let
them know what the Not One More Red Cent pin means.
